Eclipse Gaming Systems taps Boris Amegadjie as CEO

Eclipse Gaming Systems, a leading supplier of innovative games and systems to the global gaming industry, has appointed Boris Amegadjie as Chief Executive Officer.

Amegadjie brings extensive gaming experience to his position as CEO of Eclipse. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Product Management for WMS Gaming, a division of Scientific Games. Amegadjie developed and directed WMS’s product strategy in Class II, Washington Central determination and Canadian VLT, and led multiple M&A activities and integrations. He also managed the product management teams responsible for casinos, systems and international product lines, propelling revenue of $300 million per year for the company. Prior to WMS, Amegadjie was Director of Product Management for 3COM, a fortune 1000 manufacturer of IP-based wireless products for voice, data and video traffic, where he drove revenue and margin growth while reducing product time to market. Amegadjie holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
