JCM Global names Hikaru Izawa as President
“Today I am honored to name Hikaru Izawa President of JCM Global. He has been a dedicated JCM engineer and leader for several decades, and has helped the company achieve great success. I am hopeful our customers around the world will welcome him and will allow him to prove himself to them,” Kamihigashi said.
Izawa has dedicated himself to achieving a long and successful career with JCM, positioning him to assume this new leadership role. He joined Japan Cash Machine in 1985, and most recently he headed the company’s Research and Development Division.
Izawa’s first task at JCM was to design and develop the company’s first bill validator in the late 1980s. Other notable successes include the establishment of JCM’s overseas production facility for bill validators in China in 1995, and overseeing direct customer interfacing during the development of JCM’s multiple award-winning UBA bill validator.
