Konami receives dual honors in Casino Journal’s Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products

Both were selected by an independent panel of judges as the gaming industry’s most creative and technologically advanced products during the past year.

SYNKROS’ most recent award for SYNKiosk reflects the product’s ability to change the way casino guests interact with loyalty account programs by deploying kiosk and marketing functionality onto personal mobile devices and video slot machines, in addition to traditional stand-alone kiosks.

“All three SYNKiosk mediums—mobile, EGM, and kiosk station—are mirrored in design and aesthetic so patrons encounter a familiar feel and function across all devices,” said Reback. “This unique, integrated convenience provides casinos and patrons with new touch-points to communicate, interact, and ultimately deepen relationships.”

Konami’s Neo Contra themed slot with Symphonik 3D Sound was recognized for its ability to deliver a superior audio experience while eliminating the need for separate in-chair or rear-satellite speakers. It is currently the industry’s most affordable, low-profile 3D audio system available.

Each of these winning products will be considered for the Platinum, Silver, Gold, and Attendee Choice Awards, to be announced at a later date.
