Golden Dice Prizes awarded by European Casinos-The Elite magazine

The jury awarded the prize to Recreativos Franco in recognition of their being the most innovative European gaming industry company. Chairman Jesús Franco received the award from European Casinos-The Elite editor Pedro Galindo.

The prize for the Casino Gran Madrid group was given in recognition of their being the first Spanish firm to obtain an online gaming permit, joining a select club of only five European land-based Casinos to be awarded an official permit in their home country. European Casinos-The Elite director Carlos García gave the prize to Ángel María Escolano, chairman of the Casino Gran Madrid group.

This year’s was the sixth edition of the Golden Dice awards, which have rapidly become the most acclaimed and appreciated awards in the European gaming sector.

The Golden Dice trophies are made in solid bronze and plated with 24 carat gold, to an exclusive design by Juan Pallarols, one of the world’s leading goldsmiths. His clients include King Juan Carlos I of Spain, Dutch Crown Prince Willem-Alexander and his wife Princess Máxima Zorreguieta, the late Lady Di, actors Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith and current Argentinean president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, who entrusted him with her presidential baton.
