(US).- After purchasing online gambling software developer Entraction Holding last June for just over us$ 114 million, International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that it has changed the name of the Entraction Poker Network.

Las Vegas-based IGT now owns 97.6 % of the shares in Entraction along with 98.2 percent of its votes and used last week’s International Casino Exhibition (ICE) 2012 event to rebrand the world’s 14th largest online poker network as the IGT Poker Network.

“This is the first show where we will be able to demonstrate the full range of products and services, which our recent acquisition of Entraction has enabled us to do,” read a statement from IGT.
