The Casino Superintendence received demand of transfer of shares

The demand is based in Law Number 19.995, that affirmed that “shares of the society will not be able to transfer without authorization of the Superintendence” (article 17, d), and the resolution to be adopted will be informed publicly.

The operating society belongs to both Spanish groups, with Egasa currently having the 51% of the final ownership.
