The Great Corferias Hall started to receive public at 14,30 yesterday, in the opening of the 11th edition of FADJA. All the assistants could find an important infraestructure, because the main international companies seem to have decided to combat the international economic crisis, doubling their bets and showing wide and attractive booths, in a remarkable effort to offer their products and services in an ideal frame.

The most important booths in metres and presentation were the ones from: IGT, MundoVideo, Novomatic, Bally, Aristocrat, WMS, R. Franco, Heal Technology, Atronic and Intralot, who, together with the rest of the exhibitors, put colour and rhythm to the event.

The public participated actively, and some of the exhibitors surveyed by Yogonet.com showed their conformity with the result of the first day, which, as it traditionally occurs in this show, had a low start but a growing volume of visitors as soon as the day went by.

Besides, the organizers offered, at 19,30 hs, a cocktail to visitors and exhibitors, in which Mary Luz Londoño, head of ETESA, Baltazar Medina, president of Feceazar and José Aníbal Aguirre, FADJA director, thanked the assistants due to the sustained support to this event; they also remarked its importance for the casino sector in the Andean Region, reaffirming the commitment in the development of future editions of the Colombian event.

A fireworks show closed the first day, which today will live its closing day in Bogota, reaffirming its place as the main event for the industry in the Andean region, and the second in Latin America, due to its remarkable quality and quantity of exhibitors and visitors.
