Global Cash Access buys gaming company

(US).- Fidelity National Information Services announced the sale of Certegy Gaming Services (CGS) to Global Cash Access for approximately us$ 100 million in cash which includes cash used to fund CGS’; ATM operations.

The sale includes CGS’ quasi-credit card cash advance, debit and casino ATM operations.

On the other hand, the sale does not include CGS’ payroll and personal check cashing services.

According to the official information released, the sale, which is expected to close in late March or early April 2008, is expected to be neutral to FIS’ full year 2008 earnings per diluted share.
