SAGSE, the renowned trade show organized by Monografie, and recruitment consultancy firm WeSearch have announced a collaboration agreement to create SAGSE Talent, powered by WeSearch.

“This deal will allow SAGSE Talent to provide gaming companies with experienced talents in by means of the joints efforts of Alan Burak, an expert with 20 years experience in the industry and vice president of Monografie; and Rubén Heinemann and Jorge Bacher, founders of the consultancy firm with 25 years experience in high-profile recruitment,” SAGSE officials told Yogonet.

“The gambling industry is facing multiple challenges. “Almost half of global employment in the sector is at risk as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, and at the same time, the industry is also witnessing a digital migration and diversification opportunities”



The gambling industry has been showing steady growth for years and according to specialists, expansion opportunities remain intact. “The key to go through this transformation is to include professionals with the relevant capabilities to handle new challenges and workflows,” they explained.
SAGSE Talent, powered by WeSearch will act upon specific demand, and work will begin after a thorough analysis of the client’s business, structure, culture, needs, as well as the customer’s long- and short-term plans.

“After the evaluation, SAGSE’s familiarity of the industry’s ecosystem will facilitate the selection of candidates that come from the same market, while WeSearch’s expertise in multiple sectors will allow us to broaden the scope of our search, while always having the specific needs of the customers in mind,” Burak explained.

A group of potential candidates will be evaluated on the basis of Rubén Heinemann and Jorge Bacher experience in the executive search field.

The evaluation process will include the analysis of previous work experience, post-graduate education, languages, and leadership skills such as team management, among others. Referrals and, if necessary, psychological tests will also be considered.

An interview with each candidate will also be conducted about their careers, skills, knowledge and expectations.

All of this information will be used to determine the candidate’s adaptability to the potential position and their potential development. During the recruitment process, reports will be prepared on the progress of the candidate and finally, the candidates will be presented to the client, who will be assisted in the selection of the candidate.
