omenico Mazzola, Commercial Director, explained that since Altenar is headquartered in Malta, the team feels they play at home during SiGMA. "A lot of different operators not only from Europe came there to visit the show, and we had exciting meetings that will become new projects during 2020."
According to SiGMA’s organizers, about 15,000 delegates visited this year's summit. "For next year, we could expect to see more and more visitors coming here during that event," Mazzola assured.
Dinos Stranomitis, Altenar COO, has said that SiGMA started as a small gathering in a hotel room. When asked about what Clarion has to do to keep up with the event, the commercial director explained that Clarion has already found its way to keep up with SIGMA. “Very soon, we will hear some news about it."
Now heading to ICE London, the company is working on showcasing some new functionalities and a major update of Altenar’s software that will increase its flexibility even further. "We invite everyone to our new stand to see with their eyes what I'm talking about," he said.
Finally, Domenico Mazzola spoke about the relevance industry awards have for Altenar, who recently won as a Rising Star in Sports Betting Technology at the European Gaming Congress and it also was shortlisted for the EGR Nordics Awards. "Awards are a recognition of the hard work you put every day to improve your product and the way you help your customers to achieve their success. But more important than awards is the trust you gain from your customers delivering constantly a stable and flexible product that fits their special needs and help them to corner their markets."
