The entire scenario of the Italian gaming and amusement world has been showcased in Rome. BtoBet’s representatives at Enada noticed a complete range of proposals regarding online and mobile gaming offered by Web licensees.

Btobet’s Head of Sportsbook, Davide Ruggeri, highlighted, “All sports rights concerning the Italian territory - both stores and corners - expired on June 30th and the State has taken steps to renew them.

Nowadays legislative actions are paralyzing and changing the world of automatic betting and the Italian Gaming market needs new notice from the Authority about land-based and online regulation.”

When asked about a possible solution, Ruggeri noted, “The evolution of iGaming and sports betting technology in recent years has encouraged a transformation of player expectations.

“From a management perspective, Italian operators experience is requiring a valid omnichannel solution. They have to be ready to face the evolution of physical bet-shops into intelligent shops via a single channel, integrating web and physical stores by giving the opportunity to better understand players and to deliver the right product at the ideal time for every single customer.”
