(UK).- Playnation has set up its new headquarters in Runcorn. The move follows the successful management buyout, backed by Palatine Private Equity, earlier this year, and its new appointment of a non-executive chairman, Pets at Home founder, Anthony Preston.

The new office space, in Berkeley Court, Manor Park, boasts 21,000 square feet and, with all staff members in the business together on one floor, aims to create a more collaborative environment. The new headquarter also includes warehouse space to house its stock of gaming and pet tagging equipment.

Playnation, formerly the amusement and leisure division of London-based Inspired Gaming, is the leading supplier of amusement and gaming machines and supplies holiday parks, motorway services, bowling centres and airports, including Butlins, Haven, Parkdean, Park Resorts, Moto, Roadchef, Welcome Break, Tenpin and MFA Bowl.

Adam Hodges, CEO of Playnation, said, “The move signals the exciting new start for the Playnation following the MBO earlier this year, and, with the help of the investment from Palatine, we’re committed to expanding on the great success we’ve had so far.”
