ince beginning a staffing campaign almost one year ago, Bodog Europe has hired, among others, former chief Full Tilt and PartyGaming analyst Kris Marshall as its new Global Head of Business Intelligence alongside Jesper Svensson as Global Casino Player Marketing Manager, Dave Edwards as Head of Quality Assurance and Kemley Sellars as Pay-Per-Click Manager.
The firm behind online casino and sportsbook Bodog.co.uk, Bodog Europe revealed that Smet has joined its ranks from British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) where he was responsible for customer user experience and will now serve as its Digital Experience Director. In this new role, Smet will be in charge of producing and executing the operator’s digital strategy in an effort to improve customer experience and products across all channels.
For his part, Macartney has been appointed as Global Social Media Director for Bodog Europe tasked with leading and developing the company’s social media strategy, which is an area in which the operator stated he has ‘extensive experience’. Previously the Social Media Strategy Director for eight:twenty/interactive, Macartney has also worked for Bebo.
