He evaluated the participation of the firm at G2E with regards to new products and the customers’ response. He also talked about the performance of the company and its future plans.

ow do you evaluate your participation in G2E?
Gemaco was pleased to see a record number of customers and prospects at this year’s G2E. We found strong interest in Gemaco’s new gaming chip line.

What was the feedback from visitors and customers? 
Comments were very positive about the increase in traffic, especially on the first day of the show.

What was their response to your products and new launches?
Besides great enthusiasm for Gemaco’s new line of gaming chips, customers were particularly keen on Gemaco’s pre-shuffled 6- and 8-deck GemPaks and the SuperFlex 100% plastic playing card.

How did you see this edition regarding G2E 2009?
Not only did it seem that overall head count was up, but there were more decision makers walking the isles.

In your opinion, did the show demonstrate a recovery from de global crisis?
Different parts of the gaming industry are recovering at different rates, but the general optimism and attendance at the show is indicative of continuing recovery on an overall, industry-wide basis.

How was this year for your company?
Gemaco is pleased to report record sales in 2010, thanks in no small part to to our many loyal current clients.  Gemaco is equally excited to emerge as the the card, chip and layout choice for the vast majority of new casinos that opened or expanded into tables during 2010.

Which are yous plans for next year?
There’s no time to rest on laurels.  Gemaco has a solid opportunity to build on the 2010 sales momentum with superb quality and competitive pricing afforded by its recent multimillion-dollar equipment expansion.  Of course, we never lose sight of the importance of excellent customer service.
