Dragonfish teams up with bwin Italia for new casino

(Italy).- Dragonfish, the independent B2B arm of 888 Holdings, announced that they have signed a deal with bwin Italia to set up a new casino site. The deal between the two companies is the first time Dragonfish has made a foray into the Italian market.

ragonfish will provide the casino games behind bwin's casino site and will supply a large range of games including download only and flash versions. The games will be made up of games developed in-house and also a larger range of third party games as well.

As part of the agreement the bwin site will have some of the highest performing casino games available in the industry and offer them to the Italian casino market, including table games, slots, video poker and video slots as well as a range of other high profile games.

Dragonfish developed a flexible gaming platform for the bwin deal and will incorporate bwin's own infrastructure to develop the casino games, lobby and also the user interface.

The Managing Director of Dragonfish, Gabi Campos, said: "The synergy of bwin's brand presence and our premium casino offering provides a potent combination, and is an ideal way to enter the growing Italian market."
