GLI becomes Diamond-Elite Sponsor of IAGR and commits support for 2026 Lima conference

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has become a Diamond-Elite Sponsor of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR), extending its support for regulatory education and collaboration among gaming oversight bodies.

Under the sponsorship agreement, GLI will support IAGR’s activities throughout the year and will serve as the lead sponsor of the 2026 IAGR Annual Conference in Lima, Peru, scheduled for October 19-22, 2026.

The event will include a half-day GLI Regulators Workshop focused on practical, technical, and operational risk-control topics for regulators, with content directed toward issues affecting Latin American jurisdictions.

Maida, president and CEO of GLI. “IAGR’s work is expanding rapidly in ways that are highly aligned with our own long-standing focus on regulatory education, technical excellence, and practical support for regulators."

“We are especially pleased to contribute programming in Lima that will provide actionable value for regulators, including content tailored to the priorities of Latin American jurisdictions,” Maida added.

The company will also contribute to IAGR’s ongoing initiatives by providing subject matter experts, when required, to support the IAGR Technology Working Group and Model Rules Committee. According to IAGR, these efforts are designed to improve regulatory coordination across jurisdictions, increase regulatory effectiveness, and assist regulators in addressing emerging technologies and risks.
