The test consists of a series of questions related to problem gambling with answers based on players’ own judgment about their habits. After taking the test, players are then provided with feedback through an advanced “communication platform”.
In addition, Spelinstitutet has also created an interface making it easier to deliver facts and figures to operators using the service.
