Daniel is a veteran of Britain's Royal Air Force, where he served 21 years as a Personnel Administrator including tours of the Falkland Islands and Kosovo. More recently, he gained valuable Customer Services Management experience with London Heathrow-based Tristar Cars.
The appointment is amongst a number of new CRM initiatives being instigated by Aristocrat Europe. The company is currently planning a customer survey designed to create new benchmarking figures that will help with ongoing monitoring of service performance levels.
