The switch from Sydney to London of all machine production, assembly, quality control and dispatch is already underway with the entire process scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2008.

The restructuring of the UK operation has in recent months incorporated two important appointments. Business Process Re-engineering Manager, David Wall has overseen the “PRECISE” project, looking at all systems and processes involved in the switchover. Danny Martone, who filled the newly created post of Operations Manager, has extensive experience of developing and implementing Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) processes and has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of new product introduction.
Aristocrat executives will be available to discuss any facets of the decentralization program from stand 3410 at the forthcoming ICE 2008 in London (22nd-24th January) where they will be showcasing close to 80 models for European, Middle Eastern and African jurisdictions.
