SOFTSWISS's Young Fest corporate festival won five awards at the 16th edition of the Eventex Awards 2026, including gold in the Corporate Event category. According to the organisers, the 2026 edition of the Eventex Awards received a record 1,405 entries from 58 countries.

The four-day SOFTSWISS Young Fest festival, held in Turkey to mark the company’s 15th anniversary, brought together more than 2,000 employees from across the globe for business sessions, sports tournaments, team-building activities and entertainment events.

The event also received silver awards in the Team Building and Data Collection and Event Analytics Technology categories, as well as bronze awards for Attendee Management Technology and Use of Custom-Built Technology.

The festival was built around a custom digital platform that integrated participation tracking, team competitions and reward systems. A coin-based gamification programme linked seven sports tournaments and four large-scale team formats, with participants earning coins for collaboration and completing challenges.

A real-time analytics system monitored activity across 98 zones during the event, allowing organisers to adjust programmes and manage participation levels.

Event organisers tracked 9,681 participation actions during team activities and tournaments, while employees earned and spent 63,459 coins through the gamified system.

The company also reported 7,532 on-site purchases and 5,249 online purchases through the festival merchandise store. Employee Net Promoter Score reached 94, while the event recorded an experience rating of 4.64 out of 5.

SOFTSWISS Young Fest was designed to do two things at once – celebrate the company’s 15th anniversary and give people from different teams and locations a real reason to connect,” Liudmila Glasunova, Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS, said.

“For us, it was important to build an experience where colleagues could connect naturally, feel included, and genuinely want to take part. These five Eventex awards are a great recognition of the teams behind the project and a reminder that employee events can play a powerful role in strengthening company culture when they are built around genuine engagement,” Glasunova added.

The awards marked SOFTSWISS’ third recognition at the Eventex Awards. In 2024, the Softswiss Value Fest won gold in the Corporate Event category, while its Kids Camp programme received the same award last year.
