The International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA) has welcomed AXES.ai as the newest member of its Emerging Technologies Committee, helping the association to advance work on global standards covering issues such as AI, stablecoins, and cybersecurity in gaming.
The committee brings together regulators, operators, and suppliers to address frameworks tied to emerging technologies in the gaming sector. IGSA said the group contributes to the development of protocols and guidance used across jurisdictions.
Earle G. Hall, President and CEO of AXES.ai, has been appointed chair of the Emerging Technologies Committee.
"I am excited to have been appointed Chair of IGSA’s Emerging Technologies Committee at such a pivotal time for our industry,” Hall said. “As technologies like AI, stablecoin, and cybersecurity accelerate, we will work closely with our members, regulators, and the operators we all support to bring clarity, guidance, and global standards for responsible innovation.”
AXES.ai develops casino information systems designed to replace legacy SMIB-based casino management systems with real-time platforms built on IoT and cloud technology, supporting operational data and reporting.
“IGSA is excited to welcome back AXES.ai to the organization at the Committee Level. I am fortunate to have had a great working relationship with the President & CEO, Earle G. Hall, who has previously served as our Chairman of the Board, and I am looking forward to Earle and the rest of the team at AXES.ai sharing their insights on the Emerging Technologies Committee,” said IGSA President Mark Pace.
IGSA is a technical standards development organization focused on creating and maintaining protocols for the gaming industry. Its membership includes organizations in 20 countries, with input from regulators, operators, and suppliers across more than 30 countries.
