Turbo Stars wins AI product innovation category at GamingTECH Awards 2026

Turbo Stars won the Best AI-Driven Product Innovation in CEE category at the GamingTECH Awards 2026 during the HIPTHER Prague Summit on March 24, following its rollout of an AI system used to identify high-value players from the moment of registration.

The company’s AI infrastructure also provides personalized experiences and serves as a customer support assistant.

Turbo Stars noted that the solution covers the full operator lifecycle — from registration and engagement to retention. The system is built to support operators in managing player interaction while keeping control over engagement and user activity.

The platform is structured to close gaps between intent and execution, between launch and revenue, and between a product decision and its impact on the player, the Turbo Stars added. The company said its approach is based on the view that operators should not have to wait to see their decisions work.

The GamingTECH Awards recognize companies across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) gaming and technology sectors, focusing on those delivering products currently in use. Turbo Stars competed in four categories at the program.

The HIPTHER Prague Summit brings together participants from the gaming, technology, and regulatory sectors. The GamingTECH Awards form part of the summit’s program and cover multiple categories tied to product development and operational delivery.
