IGT launches national campaign for Wheel of Fortune Slots 30th anniversary

IGT has launched a North America advertising campaign to mark the 30th anniversary of the Wheel of Fortune Slots.

The multi-phase campaign, which will run over nine months, will be distributed across social media, digital platforms, outdoor placements, and traditional media channels. It will also feature a scheduled airing on the Wheel of Fortune television game show in May.

IGT’s Wheel of Fortune Slots is more than a beloved casino game. It’s an iconic slice of Americana that players around the world associate with fun and life-changing jackpots,” said Hector Fernandez, IGT Incoming CEO. “As we celebrate the game’s 30th anniversary, we’re launching an exciting advertising campaign that honors its nostalgic roots while showcasing its bright future.”

The campaign’s centerpiece is a commercial inspired by Busby Berkeley-style productions. It features intricate choreography, retro-themed music, and a kaleidoscopic presentation of the iconic Wheel of Fortune wheel wedges. The advertisement concludes with a showcase of the company’s latest game, Wheel of Fortune Cash on Reels™, displayed on the RISE55™ cabinet.

IGT has begun releasing the campaign on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with plans to expand to large digital billboards, including placements on the Las Vegas Strip later this year.
