SOFTSWISS wins Best Platform at SiGMA Africa Awards, CMO named Woman in iGaming 2026

iGaming technology provider SOFTSWISS has secured two accolades at the SiGMA Africa Awards. The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform was honoured as the Best Platform 2026, while Valentina Bagniya, CMO at SOFTSWISS, was named Woman in iGaming 2026. The ceremony took place on 3 March in Cape Town, South Africa.

The Best Platform recognition was awarded to SOFTSWISS for the technical excellence of its Casino Platform, "specifically its reliability and scalability, features critical for success in the African market."

In 2025, SOFTSWISS announced the launch of its first major South African project with Mzansibet and a partnership with PantherBet. Both ventures were powered by the award-winning SOFTSWISS Casino Platform and SOFTSWISS Sportsbook.

The Woman in iGaming award highlights Bagniya’s impact on industry expertise and innovation. The jury said her leadership "continues to reinforce the SOFTSWISS strategy of delivering not only reliable, top-tier technical solutions to the region but also setting high standards for business excellence and corporate culture."

This recognition follows Bagniya's recognition as B2B Marketer of the Year in 2025, and her team securing the Marketing Team of the Year title at the EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards.

SOFTSWISS has started the new year with a series of major awards, including being named Best iGaming Platform Supplier of the Year at the European iGaming Awards. Additionally, the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator was recently distinguished as the Best Aggregator 2026 at SiGMA Eurasia 2026.
