GLI promotes Patrick Cottingham to director of Client Services, North America
Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has announced the promotion of Patrick Cottingham to Director of Client Services, North America.
Cottingham previously held the role of Senior Manager of Client Services and brings a strong background in engineering to his expanded responsibilities. Prior to joining GLI, he served in the United States Air Force.
Cottingham has demonstrated exceptional dedication to clients, both within GLI and externally, the company said. After transitioning to the Client Services team, he advanced quickly and built a team focused on delivering top-tier customer service, using his engineering expertise to benefit clients across the gaming industry.
