Linko Studios, part of the Games Global network, will release its debut slot title Linko 5 to all Games Global customers starting February 2. The rollout follows an initial exclusive phase that began in December 2025 with several operators in Europe and Latin America.
The game’s development was shaped by consistent requests for faster gameplay and simpler mechanics. According to Games Global, the design responds to operator input calling for a base game that is quick, clear, and easy to follow.
Linko 5 uses a 5×5 grid with 12 fixed paylines paying in all directions, horizontal, vertical, and diagonal. The central rule is that any five symbols on a line trigger a payout, regardless of whether the symbols match. Coin values are displayed directly on the grid, and the total of values on a payline determines the win.
A central sticky Wild helps complete lines and can activate additional features. At the start of a round, it may trigger a Power Up! that increases certain coin values. At the end of a round, it can activate a Respin to replay empty squares for more coin drops.
Early access was granted to operators including Flutter (UK), ComeOn Group (Sweden), Royal Casino (Denmark), NLO (Netherlands), and Coolbet (Chile).
“Similar points kept coming up from different operators, again and again, and that gave us a clear direction for Linko 5™. Operators want innovation in slots, yet we wanted to keep the mechanic familiar to players whilst building a feature-rich game without compromising on quality,” said Tom King, Senior Business Development Manager of Games Global.
“That’s why Linko 5 keeps the base game sharp and readable, then uses the many features in the game, including the Linko Wheel, to deliver the bigger feature moments, including multipliers, collect-style payouts, wild-filled moments and jackpots. We’ve been thrilled with the early response during our initial exclusives, and we’re keen to see how it’s received as the rollout continues.”
Patent and design rights for Linko 5 are pending. Further rollout details are expected to follow.
