IGT games award three million-dollar jackpots in December
International Game Technology (IGT) has reported that its popular titles — Whitney Houston Slots™, MegaJackpots™, and Double Super Times Pay Poker — awarded three major jackpots last month.
On December 14, an online player in the UK hit a £1,409,250 (US$$1,761,563) jackpot on MegaJackpots Mistress of Egypt™ at bet365 Casino.
The following day, a video poker enthusiast at Resorts World Las Vegas in Nevada won $1,200,000 playing Double Super Times Pay Poker, and on December 23, a slots player at WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma, claimed $1,165,187 on Whitney Houston Slots™.
IGT extends sports betting partnership with Rhode Island Lottery through 2028
The company also recently announced that it extended its contract with the Rhode Island Lottery for two more years to continue managing retail and mobile sports betting.
IGT’s PlaySports technology will support the state’s betting operations through at least November 2028. The company is also upgrading the Sportsbook Rhode Island app to deliver a high-quality betting experience that supports the state’s charitable initiatives.
