Slotegrator names Olga Ivanchik as new Chief Operating Officer

iGaming software supplier and aggregator Slotegrator has appointed Olga Ivanchik as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Ivanchik will drive Slotegrator’s operational model, focusing on process improvement, product delivery, and design strategy to support the company’s global expansion. She will also drive initiatives to reduce project launch times, strengthen responsible gaming efforts, and deepen market localisation.

Under Ivanchik’s guidance, Slotegrator aims to achieve several strategic priorities in 2026. The company plans to reduce average project launch time by at least 30% by implementing standardised, configurable frontend templates and streamlining its implementation processes. It will also integrate its ESG strategy while strengthening responsible gaming initiatives.

Additionally, Slotegrator intends to enhance market localisation and segmentation to better support partners in key regions, and expand and strengthen its team to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Slotegrator, Ivanchik held senior leadership roles at a major gaming company, where she led the setup team and web studio design unit, pioneering innovations and early adoption of AI in online casino UI/UX. Currently pursuing an MBA at a leading UK university, she brings forward-thinking perspectives to operational workflows, optimising processes with efficiency and strategic foresight.
