Aristocrat Interactive has launched its new PlayerMax self-enrollment technology at Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto, California. The feature allows guests to sign up for loyalty programmes remotely, and its deployment with Soboba marks the first installation of the system in the United States.
The PlayerMax tool lets players complete ID and age verification checks through their mobile devices, enabling them to join casino rewards programmes without visiting a physical rewards booth. The feature is designed to move a traditionally manual task into the digital space and expand operators’ ability to engage customers both on and off the gaming floor.
“PlayerMax self-enrollment is a direct response to operator needs and a way to provide players with more control and convenience,” said Kristen Jones, Vice President of Sales for Aristocrat Interactive Gaming Systems. “By bringing loyalty enrollment to mobile devices, we’re helping operators like Soboba Casino Resort extend the reach of their reward programs, streamline their operations, and create a more seamless connected guest experience.”
Soboba Casino Resort already uses Aristocrat’s Oasis Loyalty and ONE LINK progressive management and bonusing systems. Aristocrat said the new feature is now available for deployment in additional U.S. markets.
The launch represents a significant step in the ongoing evolution of its Gaming Systems business as operators increasingly seek digital tools to enhance customer loyalty and reduce administrative overhead.
