SOFTSWISS brought together more than 100 children of employees representing 11 countries at a summer camp in Poland, as part of an effort by the iGaming software provider to connect its international workforce through family-centered initiatives.
The second edition of the Summer Kids Camp took place in August on the shores of Lake Jeziorsko. The 11-day program included sports, creative activities, and career exploration sessions. More than 50 activities were offered, amounting to nearly 350 hours of programming. Children participated in tournaments, workshops, speaking clubs, and masterclasses.
Organizers also introduced a camp coin system designed as a gamified learning experience. Children earned coins for initiative and educational tasks, which they could use for rewards such as ice cream, song requests at a disco, or temporary privileges like becoming a physical education teacher for an hour.
“The coin system helped teach initiative, responsibility, and teamwork in a fun way – almost like running a small business,” said Hanna Sauchuk, event producer at SOFTSWISS. She added that one of the most notable moments was when participants combined their savings to purchase a collective sunrise celebration on the final day.
The camp concept received industry recognition in 2025 when it won the Eventex Award in the Corporate Event category. Other winners that year included initiatives from Disney, Nike, and Netflix.
“For me, this is not just another corporate project – it is one of the most meaningful things we do at SOFTSWISS,” said Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS. “It brings our core value ‘We see people’ to life in the most tangible way. We don’t just see professionals at their desks; we see human beings with families, dreams, and passions. The Kids Camp is our way of saying: your family matters to us as much as your work does.”
Montik added that the initiative represents an investment in joy, connection, and kindness. “When children are happy, their parents shine – and together, we create a stronger, more united community. This is rare in business, and that’s exactly why we are proud to make it happen at the highest quality,” he said.
