iGaming technology provider SOFTSWISS is celebrating its 16th anniversary by highlighting a slate of strategic milestones, including entry into emerging markets, expanded product certifications, and industry recognition across product, leadership, and corporate social responsibility domains.
The company became the first provider certified for its Game Aggregator platform in Brazil in late 2024 and followed up by certifying its full suite of products, including the Casino Platform, Sportsbook, and Jackpot Aggregator, by early 2025. The move positions SOFTSWISS at the forefront of the region’s gaming landscape as new regulatory frameworks take hold in Brazil and Peru.
“Last year, we celebrated 15 years with our partners, clients, and team – and this past year brought new challenges that we’ve faced with confidence and clarity. While SOFTSWISS is, at its core, a technology company – driven by AI, automation, and innovation – I firmly believe our people shape the company’s long-term success,” said Ivan Montik, SOFTSWISS Founder. “Technology accelerates progress, but talent, vision, and shared values make it sustainable.”
With over 1,350 brands using SOFTSWISS solutions, the company has maintained system uptime at 99.999% globally, underscoring its focus on reliability. Over the past five years, SOFTSWISS has received 73 awards for product innovation, compliance, marketing, and employer branding.
This year, individual executives were also recognized beyond the iGaming sector. Montik received several business leadership accolades, while Deputy CTO Sergey Kastukevich was named CTO of the Year at the Oracle Customer Excellence Awards, and CMO Valentina Bagniya earned marketing awards for her industry impact.
SOFTSWISS also invested in transparency and market development through large-scale open-access research, with its 2025 iGaming Trends Report downloaded more than 13,000 times, the company said.
Beyond business expansion, SOFTSWISS continued its CSR and educational efforts, supporting community and talent development across its offices in Malta, Georgia, Poland, and a remote workforce spanning 46 countries.
“Five years ago, SOFTSWISS had fewer than 500 employees. I was 19 and had only just started my career, with only one job behind me. That initial experience in audience growth and analytics brought me to SOFTSWISS, where I was mentored, given tools to learn, and encouraged to step up. Today, I lead the Data Office – a 24-person team that supports the company with trusted, consistent data. Looking back, I couldn’t have imagined this path. But I’m living proof that at SOFTSWISS, real growth isn’t just encouraged – it is made possible,” said Anna Ivanova, Head of the Data Office.
As it enters its 17th year, SOFTSWISS signals that its focus on technology, people, and purpose will continue to shape its expansion and leadership in the global iGaming sector.
