Industry veteran Scott Lokke appointed general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia

Rush Street Gaming has appointed industry veteran Scott Lokke as the new general manager of Rivers Casino Philadelphia.

Lokke brings over 30 years of experience in the casino and hospitality industries. He most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of JACK Cleveland Casino. He spent a decade with JACK Entertainment and 12 years prior with Caesars Entertainment.

“Having worked in Cleveland, Las Vegas, and other major metropolitan areas, Scott is highly qualified to lead the Philly team,” said Tim Drehkoff, CEO of Rush Street Gaming. “His achievements in gaming operations, combined with his hospitality expertise in restaurants and entertainment, uniquely position him to build on Rivers’ success.”

Lokke began his career in food and beverage with the Ritz-Carlton and Starwood Hotels, later moving into leadership roles at Harrah’s in St. Louis and Kansas City, and Caesars in Las Vegas. He is known for strong operational leadership, guest service, and team engagement, Rush Street said.

He holds a business administration degree from Park University in Kansas City. His civic involvement includes board service with the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation, the Cleveland Group Planning Commission, and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission.
