North Carolina's Catawba Two Kings Casino has entered a multiyear partnership with the Carolina Panthers, designating the property as a sponsor of the NFL team starting in the upcoming season.

The deal includes in-stadium promotions for Catawba Two Kings Casino at Bank of America Stadium during football games, including a scoreboard feature at every home game.

Fan activations at stadium entrances are also part of the mix, with those aged 21 and older able to sign up for the casino’s Lucky North Rewards program and participate to receive free merchandise and slot play.

Through the partnership, select casino patrons will also get access to Panthers home games, including seats in a 20-person luxury suite and lower-level tickets.

"Catawba Two Kings Casino's new partnership with the Carolina Panthers is a wonderful opportunity for us to share the incredible experience of attending a game at Bank of America Stadium with our top casino patrons while promoting the casino to the Panthers fanbase in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas," said Trent Troxel, Vice President of the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority.

"While our temporary casino has continued to gain in popularity since opening in 2021, many more people will learn about it at Panthers home games,” he added. "And the timing couldn't be better as significant construction has been completed on our permanent casino resort and the partnership will still be in place when it opens."

The $1 billion Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort, located 35 miles west of Charlotte in Kings Mountain, is expected to open fully in 2027 with 4,300 slot machines, 11 restaurants, and a 24-story, 385-room hotel. A portion of the new casino is expected to open in spring 2026.

"We're excited to welcome Catawba Two Kings Casino as a Proud Partner of the Carolina Panthers," said Eric Sudol, chief revenue officer of Tepper Sports & Entertainment. "This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences to patrons and fans across the region and beyond."

The property is owned by the Catawba Nation while Delaware North manages development, gaming, and hospitality for the project. It currently encompasses a temporary casino opened in 2021 and a temporary sportsbook opened in 2022.

In June 2023, state lawmakers approved online sports betting. It launched in March 2024. That same month, pro teams and venues across the state began signing sponsorships with betting operators, which are required by law to partner with a team, venue, or tribe.

The Panthers signed a sports betting deal with FanDuel in March 2024. That partnership is still active. The team previously partnered with Caesars Entertainment’s Harrah’s Cherokee Casinos starting in 2019. That deal ended in 2024 and was not renewed.
