Tribal council members, executives, and policy advisors will join technology professionals in Reno this September for the 26th TribalNet Conference & Tradeshow to examine how digital strategies intersect with governance.

With dedicated tracks on major themes such as Leadership, Tribal Government Technology, and AI policy, the event aims to support tribes making high-stakes decisions on infrastructure and regulation.

The event will take place from September 14 to 18 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.

Hosted by TribalHub, the conference will bring together participants from tribal governments, health organizations, gaming and hospitality enterprises, and their technology partners.

This year’s agenda includes nearly 40 sessions across seven educational tracks: General Technology, Cybersecurity, AI Revolution, Leadership/Executive, Tribal Gaming & Hospitality Technology, Tribal Government Technology, and Tribal Health Information Management.

The session topics are shaped by TribalNet Advisory Boards composed of decision-makers from tribal entities across the United States.

Attendees will learn alongside their peers, leading experts, and vendors, and learn about solutions and technologies that other tribes are using – solutions that could transform the way their tribe operates,” said Michael Day, TribalHub Executive Officer. “These insights, solutions, and the network our attendees gain access to are invaluable. One connection or solution at TribalNet could quickly save a tribe thousands.”

In addition to the educational sessions, the event will feature three keynote speakers and five networking events. Activities will include cocktail hours, a Lake Tahoe boat cruise, and the 4th Annual Tribal-ISAC Golf Outing, which supports collaborative efforts to improve tribal cybersecurity practices.

A two-day tradeshow with dedicated exhibit hours will showcase more than 200 technology vendors currently working with tribal enterprises and governments. These vendors will present tools and services for areas such as electronic health systems, cybersecurity protocols, artificial intelligence implementation, and hospitality systems.

“Whether you're driving digital transformation with a new electronic health system, developing a new AI policy, enhancing the cybersecurity of your tribal casino, or making policy and infrastructure decisions with tribal council, TribalNet will help you to lead with confidence,” Day said. “TribalNet is an investment in your tribe’s future.”

“In the end, tribal governments and enterprises that invest in technology and invest in the people to know and understand the technology, will be the ones who succeed,” Day added. “TribalNet and TribalHub are here to support them and help them reach their goals.”

This year marks TribalNet’s 26th year of operation, continuing its annual programming that focuses on the exchange of information, education, and sector-specific strategies between tribes and technology providers.
