Reals opens new headquarters in São Paulo, expands operations

Brazilian betting company Reals, part of the Ux Group, opened its new headquarters in Alphaville, São Paulo, on Monday. The 6,000-square-meter space can house up to 1,500 employees and is now one of the largest hubs in Brazil's regulated betting sector.

The three-story building includes multimedia studios, a cafeteria, meeting rooms, a training center, and an auditorium. It consolidates key departments—legal, compliance, finance, marketing, HR, tech, and 24/7 customer support with over 200 staff—under one roof.

“This space is more than a physical advancement; it symbolizes the exponential growth we have planned for Reals,” said Rafael Borges, CEO of Reals. “We are building an ecosystem of excellence that fosters collaboration, innovation, and preparation for the group’s next moves.”

Reals has grown its team 30 times since launching and recently secured a full license from the Federal Government. The company is investing heavily in staff training and hiring talent from multinational firms.

In 2025, Reals became the first Brazilian betting company to sponsor a major European football club, signing with AC Milan as its Official Regional Betting Partner in Latin America. It also sponsors Coritiba Football Club and works with ambassadors like Rodrigo Faro, Edu Primitivo, and Ítalo Sena.

With more than 2 million followers on social media, Reals has won major industry awards, including “Rising Star of the Year” (2023) and “Best Sports Betting Operator” (2024) from SiGMA.
