Boyd Gaming announces full renovation of Valley Forge Casino Resort

Boyd Gaming Corp unveiled plans for a comprehensive renovation of its Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, aimed at delivering a modernized hospitality and gaming experience for the greater Philadelphia region.

The 18-month project includes updates to hotel accommodations, expanded dining options, and a full overhaul of the casino floor. Several phases of the renovation are already underway, the company said.

"We are excited to unveil our vision for the all-new Valley Forge Casino Resort," said Martha Morales, Vice President and General Manager at the property. "These investments represent the latest step in our long-standing commitment to offering our guests an exceptional entertainment experience."

The renovation includes a near-complete redesign of all 257 guestrooms and four premium suites in the resort’s Stardust Tower. The rooms are being updated with mid-century Las Vegas-inspired interiors, custom furnishings, ambient lighting, and upgraded bathrooms. A refreshed hotel lobby, completed earlier this month, offers what Boyd described as a “stylish and welcoming new arrival experience.”

As part of the broader transformation, the company also opened the Valley Forge Food Hall this week. The venue features four fast-casual dining concepts: Café Primo, American Grill, Peng Zu Express, and Taqueria Buena. Menu offerings range from breakfast sandwiches and La Colombe coffee to smash burgers, wok dishes, and tacos.

Boyd Gaming said upcoming additions will include a new quick-service café, a remodeled and rebranded tavern in the Stardust Tower, an upscale steakhouse and cigar lounge, and a full modernization of the casino floor.
