Acres announces first installation of its CMS Foundation HQ at Magic City Casino in Miami

Casino loyalty and technology developer Acres Manufacturing Company announced the first installation of its Foundation HQ casino management system (CMS) at Wind Creek Hospitality’s Magic City Casino in Miami, Florida. 

According to the company, the deployment of Foundation HQ across Magic City’s 1,000 slot machines provides the casino with real-time data stream that enables data-driven messages and incentives that can be tailored for individual slot players.Noah Acres said: "This first launch of Foundation HQ represents an important milestone for Acres as we work to bring a modern, industry-unique CMS solution to casino operators that significantly upgrade their player enrollment and loyalty capabilities."

Foundation HQ is powered by Acres’ Foundation hardware, which streams real-time data from each slot machine through a standardized API that can be easily connected to any application integrated by Magic City. 

As per the company, targeted messages, incentives, and bonus games can be instantly deployed to any player via Foundation HQ’s  8” TSD Display to provide each player with a "one-of-a-kind experience" designed to maximize engagement and profitability. 

In recent related news, Acres recently confirmed its attendance at the upcoming Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2024, set to take place on October 7th - 11th, at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. At booth 4211 the company will showcase and take orders for its new Achievement Bonusing technology.

Achievement Bonusing works by challenging players to achieve specific in-game milestones on a casino's slot machines, such as a minimum pay amount from a single spin. Once a player completes a challenge, the bonus is instantly paid to the slot machine's credit meter.
