Slotegrator's integration solution APIgrator gets license to operate in Sweden

iGaming software and business solutions providers Slotegrator announced Thursday its APIgrator solution has been certified in Sweden, expanding its reach into a new market.

Since 2019, when the new Gambling Act was first introduced, Sweden has been a regulated market of "great potential," notes the firm. According to latest data, 56% of Swedes gamble at least once a year, and the country’s total gross gambling revenue in 2020 was SEK 24.7 billion (roughly $2.3 billion). 

“Such a promising jurisdiction has a clear draw for operators, and Slotegrator is now able to offer them its solution to offer Swedish players a fantastic gaming experience,” the company said in a statement.

Slotegrator notes that its APIgrator is growing. It features over 15,000 games from more than 100 developers from all over the world, "and all possible variations and themes of slots, table games, live dealer games, bingo, lotteries, virtual sports and other popular games," according to the company.

The solution enables one-session integration of all the games from Slotegrator's portfolio, as well as their on-time updates and new releases. “APIgrator is constantly expanding its list of available titles and markets of operation, being certified for Sweden is great news,” the business added.

Slotegrator describes its APIgrator solution as providing "seamless and easy integration" of a wide variety of games, including slots, live dealer games, poker, card games, casual games, and virtual sports. The technical solution allows operators to quickly add games to any platform.

Slotegrator announced in late December another deal that further expands its APIgrator's gaming portfolio. The business has teamed up with another distributor of games, Hölle Games, whose content is now available for integration into online casinos via Slotegrator's aggregation solution. 

Hölle Games brings more than 15 titles to APIgrator. Compliant with German regulation, ISO 27001 certified and licensed with the Malta Gaming Authority, Hölle Games produces slots with classic designs for the German and wider continental-European market, including games such as Fruits, Jolly Wild, and Höllische Sieben.
