CEC/EIC Northeast Summit confirms J Moses and Allie Young as latest speakers

The first edition of the CEC/EIC Northeast Summit, to be held in Atlantic City on October 18-19, has confirmed two new speakers for its experts' lineup: J Moses, Director of Take-Two Interactive; and Allie Young, CEO of AXR Edge, formerly Axis Replay. 

The event is hosted by the Casino Esport Conference (CEC) of Las Vegas and the Esports Innovation Center (EIC) of New Jersey's Stockton University, and it has already confirmed 11 other speakers for its inaugural edition.

A 30-year veteran of entertainment and technology, Moses serves on the Advisory Boards of Simulmedia and Flow Corp, and he is also an Advisor to the President of KapanLagi, the largest online media business in Indonesia, as well as a consultant in the United States, where he works closely with a range of clients and in strategic alliance with Borden Media Consulting. Most recently, he founded Bagooba, a social media start-up based in New York City, where he serves as President.

From 1998 until July 2009, Moses was the Chief Executive Officer of UGO Networks, an online publisher delivering information and entertainment for gamers, which he co-founded, and then he managed the sale of that company to the Hearst Corporation in August 2007. Prior to this, Moses served as President of MTV Russia and oversaw the launch of MTV Networks in Russia in 1998. He also served as the President of BMG Interactive from 1993 to 1996.

Allie Young is the CEO and Founder of AXR Edge, formerly Axis Replay, the "first-of-its kind" entertainment and event facility for video games and esports. AXR Edge provides gamers and their friends with a fun and social in-person gaming and entertainment experience that enables them to build stronger connections.

She also serves on the Executive Board of the Atlanta Esports Alliance, a division of the Atlanta Sports Council dedicated to gaming; and on the advisory board for game developer Fly Top Pilot. In addition, she is a board member of non-profit Cxmmunity, dedicated to providing opportunities for esports and gaming to minority communities through education. She launched the first HBCU Esports League with partners Twitch and Cxmmunity, and the first FEMALED Esports Tournament to celebrate women leaders in esports and gaming.

Moreover, she is a board member of EO Atlanta and EO One World, and served as CEO & Founder of Alcovy Media, where she spent over 11 years.

Moses and Young join the latest CEC/EIC speaker roster addition, NFL Hall of Famer Ahman Green, former running back of Wisconsin's Green Bay Packers and current Esports Head Coach at Lakeland University.

Organizers have previously confirmed Anthony Gaud, CEO and founder of Gaud-Hammer Gaming Group (G3)Anthony Strangia, Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE); Seth Schorr, Chairman of Downtown Grand; Eric Weiss, former DGE and current Vice President of Technical compliance at Odds On Compliance; Sari Kitelyn, Director of Esports + Project Development for Full Sail University; Eloisa Marchesoni, a "self-made Crypto-entrepreneur"; Daniel Cossi, President and Chairman of WESCO (World Esport Consortium); Andrew Weilgus, Executive Director of the Esports Innovation Center; and CEC co-founders and executive producers, Ari Fox and Ben Fox.  

The new educational event will feature conversations about how the esports industry specifically fits into the conversation of the casino industry. Organizers said it will also discuss esports from a non-casino viewpoint and tackle the competitive collegiate, High School, and elementary levels at which esports has been affecting the next generations of competitors. It will also show future landscapes of new businesses that will be birthed from this event for professional-level esports.
