Attendees had the chance to get to know the company’s innovations in terms of betting terminals, roulettes, and gambling machines as online terminals.

Palacio Neptuno was the venue chosen by Luckia to showcase its innovations: new betting terminals, new interfaces, a new six-player roulette a cashier to be used in halls or online channels, Gold Club new machines and a new gambling machine as online terminal.

Marcelo Ruiz, Director of Operations; Miguel Racero, head of Distribution and Product Division; Juan Pablo Castro, head of Betting Division; and the company’s president, José González Fuentes; were in charge of the presentation.

As reported by AZARplus, Marcelo Ruiz share with the attendees the results of a market survey conducted in January: “14 percent of customers play online exclusively, and that’s good news because it shows that there is still 86 percent of them who use land-based games. We observe that there is still a considerable demand for land-based gaming operators and that for instance, 60 percent of clients always play on the same machines, a way of customer fidelization. Moreover, 70 percent of hall clients place sports bets and must have the best solutions for this gambling modality.”

Fernando Prats, Director of Taxes and Gambling of the Comunidad de Madrid, attended this event, which took place last week at Palacio Neptuno, and praised Luckia before more than 250 guests.
