The recent Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE), provided Secom Technology with the opportunity to showcase some new and innovative technology to their existing IT Clients.

“With the ever evolving technology space, our clients are looking more and more towards Secom Technology as a trusted advisor to provide advice and direction on their ever changing IT needs,” said Jason Drew, Secom’s Director.

“These include telephony services and customer technology solutions which improve overall customer service delivery.”

The AGE provided Secom Technology with the opportunity to showcase their new wireless beverage control system, ensuring clubs maintain the best profit percentages across all their beverage sales including wine and spirit sales.

Secom’s entrance into the telecommunications space with trusted partners Cisco Systems and Ascom provides clubs with an alternative telecommunications provider utilising the latest VOIP and 3G Sim Technology replacing their old traditional PBX Technology.

New technology surrounding customer service delivery has also enabled Secom clients to deliver their patrons’ food orders to any area of a club in the fastest time possible enabling patrons to enjoy a variety of eating areas within the venue.
