Fortuna Group taps new Marketing Chief Officer
Darren Lovern, formerly the head of online sports book operations at Paddy Power, has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Fortuna Group.

Darren Lovern, formerly the head of online sports book operations at Paddy Power, has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Fortuna Group.
Lovern spent over eight years at the Irish bookmaker, two as online operations manager and six as head of online sports betting.
Prior to his Paddy Power service Lovern was general manager at sports betting, casino and poker business Fusioneer Ltd for five years, and he was involved in professional services provision in Morocco for 2 years following a spell as a senior Consultant with the PA Consulting Group, and a period as a trainee accountant with PWC.
He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from University College Dublin, and a BComm, Commerce Accounting Marketing degree from the National University of Ireland in Galway.
