(Italy).- VNE had a strong presence at the ENADA, which took place in Rome on October 15-17. The team took the opportunity at the ENADA to introduce a brand new change machine, the Smart Change, targeted for operators that have a daily machine coin-in of between 500 and 800 euros.

The Smart Change recycles both notes into coins and coins into notes. It can recycle up to 60 banknotes – 30 of two different denominations. Furthermore, the small, very slim dimensions of the Smart Change enable it to be placed practically anywhere in a bar (or arcade).

Just as with all VNE change machines, the Smart Change can be completely managed online. Operators have two options – either via computer using the VNE website www.vneremote.com or by making use of the especially developed VNE app – VNE MOBILE – for both Android and iOS devices. All information is stored and encrypted on the VNE server – so it is completely secure. The information can only be accessed by the approved user (as both registration and password are required and access must be requested at each log in ).

Once logged in, the operator has all necessary information  at his or her fingertips, including change machine accounting, change machine configuration and change machine status. Furthermore, users can set different access levels so that each employee can only access that which he or she should have access to (technical, service, etc), amongst many more features.

Mr. Lorenzo Verona, commercial director at VNE, was very pleased with the ENADA Rome, stating, “It is the smartest move for operators to make use of VNE. This was the message of the show for us personally. Our position as Number One/ Numero Uno in Italy for change machines, which is the biggest change machine market in the world, was further cemented. We are going to lever this and branch out into global sales. We have so many benefits compared to traditional, conventional change machines. Our next step is to exhibit at the BEGE gaming show in Bulgaria, only a week after the ENADA”.
