(Argentina, exclusive Yogonet.com)This coming November 12 and 13, at the SAGSE Latin America @ Buenos Aires, JCM Global will offer training workshops for its UBA products, as well as the award-winning iVIZION and its FutureLogic and Nanoptix printers. Sales Manager for Latin America Eduardo Rozen explains in this interview what pushed them to organize these types of courses and anticipated what will they present at the show.

Why have you decided to organize the SAGSE Buenos Aires training course?
It is a project that we started this year. We think that the technical training of our products is crucial. We believe in JCM quality and we want to assure that everyone takes the greatest benefit, both of the product and of what they will learn on the training. Technicians are crucial for casinos. It is also in part  our appreciation for their support all these years. At SAGSE, we will dictate four courses and we expect to have about 80-100 technicians attend  each course.

This year, you organized the same training in Peru and Panama. How were the results?
The results exceeded our expectations. In Peru we had more than 160 technicians, and in Panama, around 100.

Which will be the main concerns for the technicians?
The greatest concerns are related to software updates, calibration and, of course, the cleaning and maintenance of the bill acceptor.

With regard to the show, what products will you present?
At SAGSE, we will present our whole line of products JCM, including the FutureLogic brand.

How has the firm’s performance in Argentina been this year?
We had a positive performance despite some delays in imports, which is  a public/government issue. Nowadays, SEAC, our distributor, has a healthy stock of bill acceptors, printers and spare parts that will be available for our customers.

What other South American countries are strong markets for JCM?
Besides Argentina, and with regards to gaming, the strong markets in South America are Colombia, Chile and Peru. We also grew considerably a 400% increase in 2014, in the vending and banking markets.
