(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Suren Khachatryan, CEO of BetConstruct, gave an interview to Yogonet.com in which he talked about the firm´s performance, products exhibitions and visitors' feedback. "This year we have expanded not only into new product verticals but also into new markets. You can now come across BetConstruct offices on almost every continent," he explained.

Have you met your expectations at G2E?
Over the years we have been slowly building up our presence at the G2E. This year, by distributing over 27,000 handouts at the G2E and becoming one of its sponsors, we made sure that every visitor was aware of BetConstruct. Although we cater to both land-based and interactive gaming businesses, we decided to place our stand at the iGaming section of the expo and were actually overwhelmed by the interest our presence generated.

What balance can you do about the show?
G2E is the last major expo of the year and, along with summing up our achievements, here we start testing the waters before the ICE. Overall it was a very positive experience. The quality of visitors, especially from outside of the US, was quite high and we have already signed a few contracts with the partners we met at the G2E.

What products did you exhibit? How was the feedback?
Just before the G2E, we released two new products - Fantasy Sports and the Social Gaming platform – which we introduced in Las Vegas. Both found their target audience at the expo. As usual, our outstanding sports book for online and land-based operators was a hit. We also showcased the RNG and Live Dealer Casinos, Poker, Skill Games, Virtual and Financial Betting products.

What was Vegas show highlight?
The fact that visitors were coming with their homework about BetConstruct done and knowing exactly what they want showed that BetConstruct has achieved  recognition as a leading provider of betting and gaming technology and services. That was very encouraging.

What trends did you see? How was the mood in general?
The mood was buoyant. With the obvious trend of consolidation both in the land-based and online sectors, there was a lot excitement and expectation in the air. Social gaming and convergence were hot topics as well.

What are your future plans?
As I mentioned, we supply both land-based and online sectors and plan to introduce innovations and improvements to strengthen our offerings in both areas. This year we have expanded not only into new product verticals but also into new markets. You can now come across BetConstruct offices on almost every continent. We will carry on with this approach and our focus will continue to stay on delivering an exceptional experience for our partners and their customers.

How did you see US industry?
G2E is never about the US market only. It’s a truly global event. The land-based US industry has been through a lot of issues lately and is now slowly recovering. We were glad to see the push for online gaming regulation in a number of states and for the legalization of sports-betting in New Jersey. Hopefully, the US will catch up with the rest of the world when it comes to online gaming.

How do you think this market will evolve?
We think that eventually, regardless of how much money is poured into the anti-online gaming effort, gaming will be available online to the adult US population. It took quite a few years for the land-based sector to establish itself in other states but in the end it indeed happened. We have no doubt that history will repeat itself when it comes to online gaming.
