DEQ CFO announces resignation after eight years with the company

(Canada).- DEQ Systems announced that Francois Proulx will step down as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 14, to pursue another career opportunity. As a result of this announcement, Martin Audet, Vice President, Finance will carry on the financial functions for the company. Proulx has served as DEQ's Chief Financial Officer since 2006 and will continue to direct DEQ's finance activities until his departure.
"Mr. Proulx has been a great asset to DEQ over the last eight years. His stewardship as Chief Financial Officer has left DEQ well positioned to achieve future growth objectives and the company is on firm financial footing. On behalf of the board of directors and the entire DEQ team, I would like to wish him well in his new endeavors and thank him for his efforts and his contributions to our successes to date," stated Joseph Bertolone, President and Chief Executive Officer of DEQ.
