Bally’s service recognized with Gaming & Leisure Industry Excellence Award

(US).- Bally Technologies won a 2014 Gaming & Leisure Industry Excellence Award in the category of “Deep Understanding of the Customer.” The award was presented at Gaming & Leisure magazine’s Gaming & Leisure Roundtable for executives held last week in Las Vegas.

“It is an honor to be recognized by such a distinguished group of gaming leaders for our deep understanding of our customers,” said Sridhar Laveti, Bally’s Senior Vice President of Customer Services. 

“This award is recognition of Bally’s customer-centric focus. We are committed to listening to the needs of our casino partners to provide them with solutions and services that engage their players and deliver a strong ROI. These partnerships have helped us be the best provider of innovation and technology to the gaming industry.”

Bally has earned more than 80 awards for gaming innovation over the past four years, more than all its major competitors combined. In 2012, Bally’s Mobile Platform won Gaming & Leisure’s Gaming & Hospitality Partner Award.
