Tell us about the cash handling solutions presented at the recent ICE show
Innovative Technology unveiled their newest revolutionary product, the SMART Ticket, at ICE last week. A unique product the SMART Ticket combines a banknote validator and ticket printer in a revolutionary design, and the unit was extremely well received at the show.
The SMART Ticket was extremely well received last week as ICE visitors appreciated the functionality and practicality of a combined banknote validator and ticket printer in one device. No one else has developed anything like this. The SMART Ticket is truly unique and will allow customers to optimise their machine design and operation.

What feedback did you get from visitors and how would you class your firm’s overall performance at the show?
ICE 2014 was a definite success for Innovative Technology! We had our complete ‘state of the art’ cash handling solutions on display including note validators, recyclers and the new note validator and ticket printer combined the SMART Ticket. The feedback we received from customers old and new was really positive and the show re-affirmed our position as a market leading provider of cash handling solutions that the Industry needs and wants”.

What are the strategies of the firm to continue expanding its global customer base?
During 2014 we will continue to expand our Global customer base as we further extend our worldwide network of customers and trading partners. With our now well established, wide range of cash handling solutions, our strategy during 2014 is to investigate new markets that can benefit from our innovative products. That said we will continue to maintain our strong market leading position presence in our core market the Global Gaming and Amusement Industry.

Can you share details of other product launches for the near future?
2014 will see a number of new product launches from Innovative Technology. The SMART Ticket was the first of many new revolutionary products that we will bring to the marketplace this year to once again revolutionise cash handling in our Industry.
