How was this year for the company in each of the markets it operates in? What were the main difficulties, and what opportunities could you take advantage of?
This year has been great for Ortiz Gaming, we found our self with a successful year of expansion and new business. We recently announced our entrance in the Asian gaming market, our goal is to bring to the Asian market a variety of games and amazing products aimed at innovation and enhancing the gaming experience. In addition to the expansion, Ortiz Gaming gained new opportunities in the North American gaming market. We are honored to do business in the North American market, and excited we have had so much success this year.
Of your core products, which has been the most innovative this year?
This year we have launched Triple Bonus in North America. Triple Bonus is one of Ortiz Gaming’s most exciting electronic bingo games and the most popular internationally. Players get the thrill of Bingo plus an Extra Bonus draw of 10 balls. Each time an Extra Bonus ball is drawn, the number is activated on the cards, offering chances to win additional prizes.
This year we also introduced the Sky Paper feature, a true innovation in community gaming. What are the most important agreements you've closed?
Every agreement is important to Ortiz Gaming. We pride ourselves on providing the best products and services to our partners. There are two “secrets” to Ortiz Gaming’s success: the player experience and customer service to the operator. Mr. Ortiz designed our games to generate more time-in-chair and long-term repeat players. We added to that, math designed to surpass the floor average, regardless of what that average may be and a genuine partnership with the operator to assure optimum revenue and operations. This means every agreement is the most important agreement to Ortiz Gaming.
Which of the product and services categories you offer has the greatest growth potential and why?
Ortiz Gaming’s most popular game internationally, has been Triple Bonus. Casinos benefit from the unparalleled time-in-chair that our games are known for, and players can’t get enough of this game. Triple Bonus is our most popular game in every market, and it looks like it will continue to be our most popular in North America, where it was introduced this year. For this reason Triple Bonus, although already a established, now has the potential to grow in new markets.
Beyond your company's situation, what is your view of the gaming industry overall? What would you say have been its highs and lows?
The gaming industry has given Ortiz Gaming a platform to grow globally. There are a lot of new innovations, technologies and changes in the industry, but we see this as an opportunity to maintain and expand our global success. Ortiz Gaming will continue to adapt to the changing industry environment, to ensure we are always proving the best products internationally.
What are your expectations and goals for 2014?
Ortiz Gaming has recently entered the North American and Asian gaming markets. We have had great success in 2013, and want to continue our stellar record in these new markets, while upholding our reputation as an industry leader internationally. The reception to our games has been incredible, and continued to grow worldwide. Ortiz Gaming has had to increase production, support, and sales staffs to meet the demand; we intend to continue this growth into 2014.
