(US).- The Black Friday trials are endless and Ray Bitar case still set people talking. Judge Leonard B. Sand decided to postpone the civil procedure against Bitar until the penal charges pending are solved.

Instead, the civil procedures against other executives, former workmates of Bitar in Full Tilt Poker –such as Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson and Rafe Furst- will make progress. The three defendants presented last week both motions to dismiss the lawsuit against them and do not face the same penal charges than Bitar.

On the other hand, the Judge of the Court of Justice of the South District of New York had to face an appeal from Kentucky about certain rights on the PokerStars domains, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker.

The Department of  Justice of the US (DoJ) tried to avoid that this petition prospered, based on its unconstitutionality, but did not achieve it and now complications could present in the negotiations between DoJ and PokerStars for Full Tilt purchase.
